Time is credited to employees each calendar month and hours earned are based on length of service.

  • 4 years or less | 14 hours per month | 21 days per year

  • 5-9 years | 16 hours per month | 24 days per year

  • 10-19 years | 18 hours per month | 27 days per year

  • 20+ years | 20 hours per month | 30 days per year

Giving back to the community is in our blood. That’s why Alive encourages all employees to get involved in our internal committees, community volunteer opportunities, or simply supporting and encouraging your team members who give their time and talents to make a difference.

Volunteer opportunities

Alive provides employees with 8 hours of paid volunteer time each year. These can be used to help a number of local organizations in our community.
